About Brinda Thakkar & JoyPlay Celebrations
Founder’s Journey
Brinda Thakkar started JoyPlay Celebrations by Brinda in 2020, initially known as JoyPlay
Events. During the global lockdown, she introduced virtual events, believing that every
child’s birthday is special and deserves to be celebrated, no matter the circumstances. The
success of these virtual events led to the launch of her in-person storytelling sessions and
parties in Ahmedabad on 12th November 2022. Since then, there has been no looking back.
Professional Expertise
Brinda is an MBA graduate from Nirma University, along with a diploma in event management
from NAEMD. She is also a professional anchor and a skilled storyteller, bringing events to
life with her unique ventriloquism talents.
